A great way to check and see if you have sleep apnea is to make a recording of yourself while you are sleeping. There will be telltale signs of when you stop breathing momentarily during the night. You can then play this recording for your doctor, and he’ll have a much easier time determining if you have sleep apnea or not.
Despite being a source of many potential health problems, sleep apnea is relatively easy to treat once you figure out that you have it. All it takes is some knowledge, and a visit to your helpful doctor. You’ll be sleeping peacefully before you know it.
