Women have more problems with a hormone imbalance than men because of the way their bodies are made. A woman’s normal cycle is 28 days. Estrogen is produced in the first part of the cycle, followed by ovulation and then in the last part of the cycle, progesterone is produced to prepare the body in the event that she conceives.

If the woman is not pregnant, she has her period, and the process of hormone fabrication begins all over again. This happens on a monthly basis. Some women do not ovulate which means estrogen is produced, but progesterone is not. The only time progesterone is produced is in preparation to receive the egg after ovulation. The lack of progesterone causes an imbalance to occur.

As a woman ages, the same thing happens. Less progesterone is produced in the body, while more estrogen builds up. Some girls start this problem with their first period, or a woman may start it after she has her first baby. Age and having a tubal ligation can, also, cause the hormones to become unbalanced. Once this starts it has a domino on the woman’s health.

The brain is the first thing that is affected by an imbalance of these two hormones. It swells, and women will notice tenderness in their breasts, their hands swell, they have mood swings or they may have headaches. The thyroid can, also, be affected by too much estrogen. The thyroid causes the adrenal glands to stress out, and that causes adrenal fatigue. Once the adrenal glands are exhausted, the woman may experience such symptoms as depression, fatigue, weight gain, sleep problems and the inability to think clearly along with many other health problems.

Anytime there is an imbalance of hormones, the entire immune system is affected. This causes the woman’s fitness level to decrease. She no longer feels like exercising or worrying about her health. She just tries to survive each day. Sometimes it gets so bad she can hardly function.

Interestingly, most women do not see their doctors about this problem because they do not think there is anything wrong. They think it is a problem of just being overworked from trying to care for their husband, home and children and juggle their job at the same time. They, also, have a tendency to think that all women experience the same thing.

Taking natural progesterone is the only way a woman can balance out her hormones when her estrogen is too high. If she does not do this, her fitness level drops even more. She will begin to feel better and have more energy once the amount of progesterone in the body is at the same level as that of estrogen. Her family will consider her to be a different person.

When a woman begins to use the recommended doses of natural progesterone cream, she will not notice a change immediately. It will take anywhere from three to four months for the hormones to become balanced again. She should be able to tell that the hormones are balancing because she will feel better, she will be able to think clearer, the mood swings will go away along with the depression and she will feel like doing things again.

Any woman who is experiencing these symptoms should see her doctor. If not, she should at least begin using a natural progesterone cream, and see if the symptoms begin to ease up after a couple of months. If they don’t begin to respond, the symptoms may be caused by something more serious.

Excessive estrogen in the blood affects the brain, causing it to swell. The most common problems a female faces are breast tenderness, mood swings and even weight gain. We’ve got the inside scoop on <noindex>how to lose weight</noindex> with <noindex>fat burning foods</noindex>

Experiencing a lot of pain and discomfort may be natural for those with canker sores. it is even understandable to fret and worry about it spreading to the other parts of your mouth or throat. It is common to become concerned whether or not your friends of family might get canker sores as well. However, there is no need to worry, these sores are not contagious at all.

Most of these sores heal on their own within a two week period. During these times, there are many ways to help you in healing canker sores. The unsightly and painful skin craters are ulcers that show up without warning. The causes of canker sores may vary, nevertheless they are believed to result from stress or allergies from certain foods. Consuming hard foods like chips, or spicy foods can irritate or even scratch sensitive tissues in the mouth and gums resulting to canker sores. Other factors that can be accounted to having these mouth sores are certain vitamin deficiency and illnesses.

Avoid the use of toothpastes that contain sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS), especially if you already have canker sores. Majority of these dental products sold in the market have SLS. It is known that this chemical ingredient dries out the mucus lining in your mouth protecting you against mouth ulcers.

Preventing and <noindex>healing canker sores</noindex> require you to avoid consuming foods and drinks that are hard, acidic, and spicy. They can only add more irritation and slow down it’s healing. Chew in small bites, and if possible eat soft foods. This helps in healing canker sores faster. To avoid canker sores from contacting with cold drinks, use a straw. It may sting once cold liquids comes in contact with the open sores. By using a straw, you can direct the flow of the liquid away from the mouth ulcer.

Also, you can use over the counter medications and prescriptions, along with natural remedies, in healing canker sores. There are oral gels sold which can numb the affected area and assist in healing canker sores faster. You can get an anti-inflammatory gel or mouthwash from your dentist. These remedies reduce the canker sores inflammation. You can acquire the right prescription against canker sores by consulting your dentist.

Finally, be sure to have a formidable dental routine. Don’t brush too hard or too fast as this may cause harm to your teeth, gums and soft tissues in the mouth. Simple tears and scratches on the lining in your mouth can bring forth canker sores. Brush you teeth and gums softly, especially if you already have canker sores. Avoid touching the affected areas as possible to prevent further tears and speed the healing.

Make sure to practice proper oral hygiene, brushing your teeth at least twice everyday, to help avoid infections. Make sure to rinse your mouth to remove leftover food particles after eating. Furthermore, floss your teeth correctly. Don’t force the floss in between teeth if your don’t fit. Forcing them may only damage your teeth, as well as possibly accidentally tearing your gums in the process.

Bacteria or virus is not the cause of canker sores. They are not like cold sores, which are from a virus and could spread through physical contact. With good oral hygiene, a healthy lifestyle and eating the right foods, as well as avoiding stress and having enough rest your can help yourself in healing canker sores and prevent them from coming back.

Avoid pain and discomfort brought about by canker sores through effective prevention and dental care. Know more from <noindex>OraMD</noindex> and protect canker sores, halitosis, gingivitis and even periodontal disease.

What’s your de-cluttering style? Do you just ignore that build up on the dining room table, the end of the bed, the floor of the garage and anywhere else you accumulate stuff? Do you move piles from one room to the next or do you have a ‘junk’ room, even a junk draw?

Even the most organized and tidy of the people I know can identify somewhere in their house that they feel is disorganized, untidy or cluttered, more importantly for the purpose of this article, that is impacting on how they feel – and potentially on their mental health and wellbeing.

Sometimes we find ourselves feeling overwhelmed by the ‘clutter’ in our lives and this has an impact in ways we don’t even imagine; it can even have an impact on our mental health and wellness.

Now given that my life is pretty full and I wanted to sort through my whole house and garage this approach was not working so well for me, let’s face it that would take me a substantial block of time. The outcome of this was that I just never got started, the clutter remained and so did the frustration.

Have you ever felt like the clutter in your house, office, workplace, wardrobe or garage was getting you down? How did it feel when you finally did something about it? Did you have a sense of relief? Did you even feel lighter or happier? Sometimes we find ourselves feeling overwhelmed by the ‘clutter’ in our lives and this has an impact in ways we don’t even imagine; it can even have an impact on our mental health and wellness.

The first thing I did was clean out my fridge and pantry – what a relief. I was embarrassed at all the out of date products we found in the pantry, which had to go in the bin, it felt so wasteful. As a result we have decided we will not keep too much in the pantry at all from now on.

It is so nice to go to the pantry and be able to see what’s in there. The fridge is a weekly task we do just before we go shopping it serves 2 purposes, firstly we get rid of anything that needs to go and secondly we know what we already have and avoid buying more than we need. The next task was the linen cupboard, I thought it would take me ages however it took very little time and I was able to donate our excess sheets and towels to a local charity for recycling.

The next task was the linen cupboard, I thought it would take me ages however it took very little time and I was able to donate our excess sheets and towels to a local charity for recycling. Each time I do one of these tasks I find myself going to open the cupboard just to look at how nice and neat it is, to be honest I often take other members of the family with me so they can admire my handy work, and get the clue to keep it tidy, I hope!

So how about taking a step by step approach to de-cluttering your life and, in doing so, improve your mental health and wellness. There is even some evidence to suggest that the clutter in our life may also contribute to holding onto clutter on our bodies – excess weight. How much more motivation do you need!

In a recent de-cluttering mood, I decided to clean out my wallet , amazing what you find in amongst all those receipts. I had a ticket I had purchased for a Lotto draw a few weeks ago, I took it to the newsagents and guess what? Yep it was a winner $30.65. So whilst this is not going to see me retiring on a tropical island, I did take it as a sign that I was on the right path.

My anxiety disorder impaired my day to day life both physically and emotionally. Charles Linden also suffered from an anxiety disorder in 1996. He decided to develop The Linden Method after actively researching anxiety disorders and meeting many of those suffering from the condition.

As well as offering free counseling the Linden Method is a revolutionary medication program that has been well established. It has helped over 115,00 people all around the world. Charles Linden, by putting in the time to visit with fellow anxiety sufferers and testing other methods, has finally produced a truly effective program for all who suffer anxiety.

The Linden Method of controlling anxiety, phobias and panic disorders has since become very popular and the reviews from previous customers on the web site persuaded me to give it a try.

The Linden Method was centered on the physical cause of anxiety, the amygdala, which is a small part of our brains that is responsible for all anxiety suffered by human beings. It is normally triggered by stress caused by common everyday factors but in anxiety sufferers like me, I learned, it is overactive. The Linden method worked to regulate my amygdale and undo the reason behind this defect.

Some of the Benefits the Linden Method

It started to work right away!

It works on all kinds of disorders including anxiety disorders, phobias and stress related issues.

It can cure anxiety disorders, phobias and stress related issues.

Unlike most programs the Linden method is not just a treatment, it’s a cure.

In the End

For the last 7 years people have been using the Linden Method to cure their anxiety and it has proven to be very effective. It is also impressive that this method is useable by people suffering from phobias and stress relative issues as well as anxiety disorders. Charles Linden, the creator of the Linden Method, also makes himself available to everyone who signs up for the program. I was also pleased to benefit from free counseling.

Because of its immediate effect and lifelong effects I think that the Linden method is a much better options for anyone suffering from anxiety disorders, phobias or stress.

Panic Away By Joe Barry – Review

Even though Anxiety was seriously affecting my daily life the only solution anyone could offer was medication. In the modern age a lot of us are beginning to worry over the downsides of medication and we will of course always prefer being cured instead of treated. A number of more natural techniques are becoming popular because other people have the same concerns as myself.

One digitally available product that seemed to be getting a lot of good feedback was Panic Away. So I decided to try it and see if it was as good as the hundreds of testimonials on the web site said it was.

This system was invented by another person who had suffered for panic attacks, Joe Barry. He invented this technique to cure panic attacks because he was as frustrated with the idea of just being treated with medication for the rest of his life as I had been. Panic Away is the result of his work and, I was happy to find out, it works!

Unlike most products Panic Away is able to boast a complete effectiveness rating.

The technique did not just reduce my panic attacks, it got rid of them from my life. Panic Away helped me do this by fighting against the primary cause of continuing panic attacks, the fear of them.

Panic Away was able to radically restore my self-confidence by helping me to restore my own sense of calm by utilizing modern psychology. Panic Away also deserves credit for not using the time worn techniques of ‘deep breathing,’ or ‘distraction,’ which take a lot of time and rarely provide escape from the condition once and for all.

Panic Away Pros

It’s all natural.

It is a very simple and easy method to use.

It was much cheaper than going to a doctor.

I got back to my normal life without ever having to avoid difficult situations.

Cons of Panic Away

The technique did take a small amount of time to learn.

A technique, albeit a successful one, that requires continual implementation might trouble some other users, since some people suffering from anxiety don’t feel like stopping to run through any kind of routine. However outside the benefits of medication, (which does not cure anxiety at all), Panic Away was by far the shortest and least invasive technique I have ever tried.

Conclusion

If you are to get the best possible results from your hair care routine, you need to choose the correct hair shampoo and conditioner for your hair type. We recognise hair that is in good condition. It shines, it is easy to manage – it just looks good. The appearance of the hair is the one feature of the body over which we can have direct control. You can change the length, shape, colour and style of your hair according to the age you wish to appear, and the economic and social status you want to claim. The style, length and condition of hair all play a part in how we perceive the people we meet.

Dry hair is hair that doesn’t have enough moisture. This is normally because the cuticle has become heavily weathered and porous, so that the cortex cannot hold on to water. It appears more in long hair than in short, purely because the hair has been growing for longer and as a result has worn more. It is more widespread in women than in men, since women are more likely to sport their hair long. The drying out may come to have an effect on more of the hair if it is given constant chemical treatments, for the most part perming, and especially perming connected with bleaching/colouring. Your hair is dry if: * it looks lacklustre * it feels dry or coarse * it snarls easily * it is tricky to comb or brush * it has been treated chemically (permed, bleached or colored) * it is liable to split ends * it is dry and frizzed. If your hair meets any of these conditions, you should opt for a hair shampoo and conditioner that are specifically for dry hair.

Fight the harm of colouring, chemical treatments, environmental pollution and heat-styling by deep-conditioning your hair regularly. This will aid you in topping up lost moisture and preserving a shiny and strong appearance to your hair. Cleanse your hair on a regular basis, using good-quality products. Product: Moisturizing Shampoos and Conditioners – Excellent for very dry hair. Restores moisture missing due to blow-drying.

Most importantly – do not forget to condition it well. Products to use: Leave-in Conditioners and Re-constructive Detanglers – A leave-in conditioner is ideal for building shine and body to straight hair and for taming. Cut the ends regularly by a skilled hairdresser, to stop split ends. Dry hair feels dry and it lacks shine and can be difficult to style. Dry hair responds to intensive conditioning.

Very little water can enter into or out of the cortex in a regular, undamaged hair shaft. This is because the cuticle enveloping the cortex is in one piece. But if your hair has been processed too frequently the cuticle scales might not return to their usual tightness and its defence is lost. Over-porous hair is dry, and you are likely to develop split ends. The damaged cuticle is brittle and deteriorates as time goes on. After washing your hair be gentle with the brushing, drying and combing.

If the bottle says: Moisturizing or Replenishing. This means: It’s formulated to be gentle to dry, damaged hair. These shampoos are heavier on the moisturizing ingredients, sometimes leaving a very thin film of conditioners on the hair to help keep it silky and smooth. Works best for: Dry, frizzy, damaged hair.
